Our beautiful brick house is located on 17th Avenue, also known as Greek row and is an incredible place to live.  17th Avenue is a gorgeous tree lined street and is the perfect location for quick trips to the University Ave, watching the Husky Band rallies in the fall and visiting with surrounding Greeks. 

    
        The main house consists of four stories and features a dining room, kitchen, three private sun porches, numerous lounges and TV areas, laundry room, library and computer room.  Last summer our basement was remodeled and has been converted into a spacious lounge and private study area.  Rooms vary in size and occupancy but most have two to four people.  In addition to our main house, we also have a three story annex located directly behind our house.  The two houses are conveniently connected by a covered walkway.  The annex is home to mostly upperclassman and offers a variety of rooms and living areas.
